Purpose & Scope
This document defines the full Wellex Partner Program: compensation plan, rank system, tools, compliance, and partner activation mechanics. All partner functions are exclusively in the WEB platform — APP is wellness-only. For MLM launch campaign see 28_MLM_MARKETING_PLAN. For GTM strategy see 11_GO_TO_MARKET.

3. Compensation Plan — 8 Income Streams

- Reinvest: allowed once per month, minimum $100
- Claim: available from Day 1 of yield accrual
- Free claims: 2 per month
- 3rd claim and beyond: 10% fee on claim amount
- Claim in MVP: YES — works from Day 1 (not V2)
- Reinvest = qualifying action (DRB and Team Bonus apply)
- Pools (LP/FSP/IB): only from NEW monthly turnover, NOT reinvest
3.1 Direct Referral Bonus (DRB)
5–8% from each direct referral's subscription, based on upline's rank:

Compression: if a partner in the chain is inactive, the bonus compresses upward to the next active partner. Bonus base: qualifying yield action (deposit/reinvest into WellexVault). Subscription $19 is NOT bonus base.
3.3 Matching Bonus (compressional)
⚠️ Updated 12.03.2026 per Alexander. Matching Bonus = % of Team Bonus earned by 1st line partners. This is bonus-on-bonus, not bonus-on-volume.
Example (from Alexander): Partner in line 1 earned Team Bonus $100. I am Manager (15%). I receive 15% × $100 = $15.

3.5 WVI Performance Bonus — the APP↔WEB bridge
Partners who wear the bracelet and maintain high WVI in APP receive a multiplier on all WEB bonuses. This is the only intersection point between APP and WEB in the partner program.

3.6 Leadership Pool
2% of new monthly turnover (excludes reinvest) distributed among Leader+ partners proportionally to personal network volume.

1% of new monthly turnover (excludes reinvest) — bonus for partners reaching Achiever rank within first 30 days.

0.5% from entire network depth without level limits.
3.9 Yield Revenue Share
Partners earning yield through WellexVault contribute to network sustainability: ▸ Yield is generated from 8 independent DeFi streams (see 06_YIELD_PROTOCOL.md) ▸ Streams: DeFi Lending, RWA, Liquidity Mining, Options Strategies, Basis Trading, Delta-Neutral, Cross-Chain Arbitrage, Emerging Protocols ▸ AI Yield Agent manages 800+ strategies with rebalancing every 15 minutes ▸ WVI Allocation Modifier: WVI 0–40 → 0–20% allocation per stream ▸ Dynamic Yield Cap: SR < 1.0 → automatic yield reduction to protect protocol ▸ Partner bonuses are funded from platform revenue (subscriptions + yield protocol fees), NOT from new deposits
3.10 Sustainability Cap
Hard cap: marketing_load + monthly_yield ≤ 30%
All marketing payouts (TB + MB + DRB + RAB + Pools) plus one month of yield must not exceed 30% of total protocol volume. If the ratio approaches the cap, Dynamic Yield Cap and marketing payout throttling activate automatically to protect protocol sustainability.
4. Global Profit Share (Champion+ becomes co-owners)
For ranks Champion (9) and Legend (10): ▸ 1% of ALL platform revenue distributed quarterly among Champion+ partners ▸ Distributed proportionally to PV for the quarter ▸ Paid on-chain, publicly verifiable ▸ Makes top leaders psychologically "co-owners of the business" — strongest retention mechanism
